Further Records Posting Bot Privacy

This page explains how Further Records uses data through Further Records Posting Bot (Meta App ID 5048078222179080). It supplements our store Privacy Policy: https://furtherrecords.com/policies/privacy-policy.

The app is internal software for our own advertising and inventory checks. It has no public user interface or Facebook Login.

Data we use and share

The app processes our Meta advertising account, Facebook Page and Instagram identifiers; campaign, ad set, ad and creative information; budgets and statuses; and aggregate performance insights. It links Shopify product variants to Meta ads to support inventory checks. This workflow does not retrieve individual customer records. We use these records for our advertising, inventory protection, reporting and troubleshooting.

The software runs on our internal computer and Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS hosts software and data. Our operators also share selected Meta reports and diagnostic records with OpenAI through ChatGPT and Codex for reporting and troubleshooting. Copies of these records may remain on our internal computer, AWS and in ChatGPT or Codex.

Retention and deletion

We keep these records only while needed for active advertising, inventory protection or an unresolved related issue, or where retention is required by law. We remove unnecessary diagnostic copies and review related records when an app or workflow is retired.

Any app user, regardless of location, may request deletion at orders@furtherrecords.com. Please identify the app and relevant business account. We verify the requester's authority and handle requests promptly. We remove relevant copies under our control and use provider deletion controls or request deletion of provider-held copies where applicable. If deletion affects live inventory controls, we safely transition or retire those controls before removing their records. We explain any pending provider or backup removal and any legally required retention when reporting the outcome.
